The pool complex at Westbrook is the focal point of a neo-traditional community. The concept was developed using traditional Southern imagery as a compound of several small buildings rather than a large single structure. The project features a water slide, a lap pool and a kids' pool. The buildings include aerobics, fitness training, locker rooms, a kitchen and offices. Several types of covered areas create a sense of intimacy.
