In keeping with the community’s plantation heritage, three low country vernacular golf cottages serve as a temporary solution for the development’s Clubhouse while it is under construction. These cottages serve as the Golf Club House (which includes the Pro-Shop), the Sales Office, and Food Services. These light, airy cottages with their welcoming porches, overlook the green and have been designed with the flexibility to later be converted into rentals available for residents’ overflow house guests and family.
