Grassy Key, Florida
The scope of this project includes the conceptual design and planning to create a resort community on Grassy Key at the current site of Jojo's Restaurant. The project will include 10-12 residential units, a marina with dry storage, an outfitters' shop, fuel services, retail buildings including a deli with beverage center as well as other retail supported by the site. Also included in the conceptual design is a plan for roadways, parking and other supporting infrastructure.
